Will I have to do a post test?

At this time, there are no post tests for the CriticalPoint Virtual Training.

Will there be breaks and time for lunch?

In the Live Virtual Training courses, the schedule includes both breaks and lunch. As for On-Demand and Blended courses, are home study, and you run them at your own pace.

How long do I have to complete my On-Demand vCourse once I have paid for it?

Once you have registered and paid for your On-Demand class, you will have 2 weeks to complete the course and evaluation to receive your CE with the exception of the Best Practices for Handling Hazardous Drugs class and the Best Practices for Nonsterile-to-Sterile Compounding class, for which you will have 28 days to complete.

How long do I have to complete the Course Evaluation?

Under the “Summary” section of each course, it will specify how much time you will have before the course ends.

It is up to YOU to complete a course evaluation, which is required by ACPE to obtain CE credit for this course. Unfortunately, you do have a HARD DEADLINE for completion of this evaluation, which must be completed by the end of the course.

It is entirely your responsibility to complete the evaluation by the deadline, or you will NOT receive CE. CriticalPoint cannot help you with CE once the evaluation deadline passes.

How do I know how to navigate and use the Virtual Training system?

Once you sign up, you will be given an assignment named “Tutorial,” which is a video tutorial on how to navigate the platform.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.  Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Electa (Virtual Training Background) and a follow-up email from CriticalPoint with an official receipt.

How do I register for a Virtual Training course?

Please visit the upcoming Virtual Trainings here. You can see the Live Training offerings as well as the On-Demand and Blended course offerings. Once you select the course you want to register for, click the “Register” button, and it will bring you to the Virtual Training platform where you will enter your contact information and form of payment.

Can I take the Live Virtual Training whenever I want?

The Live Virtual Training is scheduled on specific dates at specific times. Please ensure these dates do not conflict with your schedule before registering.

The On-Demand and Blended Virtual Training can be taken whenever it is convenient for you.

Are these classes nonrefundable?

These classes are not refundable. Please see our Terms and Conditions here.

Who are the instructors for the Virtual Training?

All virtual training is taught by instructors who are experts in their field.  To view a list of instructors, please click here.

Where do I go to launch the class?

The on-demand classes are available anytime.  The live training will be available on the first scheduled day of training.

To access the class, click on My Courses and then click on the title of the class (in blue) you would like to launch.  Once in the class, click the Open Course button.  This will open the course and all of its content.

Will I receive a Certificate after attending the Virtual Training?

You will receive a certificate of attendance after completing the live virtual training.  The certificate will be emailed to you after the class however, you can also find your certificate in your Electa profile under My Courses – My Certificates.
