The Best Practices for Environmental Monitoring will begin at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 22nd (immediately following the Core Skills Class) and will run through 1:30 pm Friday, May 24th.

• 2 days of training, lively discussions as well as practicum experiences that simulate real-life work scenarios

o Electronic PDF copies of all speaker presentations
o Extensive reference list as well as references themselves in pdf format
Participants will be provided a light continental breakfast each morning, lunch on all days and midmorning and afternoon refreshments. A free shuttle to the training facility is included.
Immediately following the Core Skills Training, the Best Practice for Environmental Monitoring immerses attendees into the world of Environmental Monitoring teaches participants everything they need to know from developing and executing meaningful air and surface sampling to analyzing and interpreting the final results. Theoretical and scientific underpinnings will be communicated through engaging lectures and 4 labs will ensure that participants have the opportunity to test what they’ve learned as well as practice and master skills in real life simulations in controlled environments.
